Enclosures
The Multi Platform Enclosure (MPE) is a scalable SprayCool product designed to scale from 4-21
slots of 6U VME or cPCI cards. With configurable power supplies, I/O panels and backplanes of
choice, the MPE is the most flexible enclosure available for any commercial or rugged electronics.

Sealed Transit Case Solutions
SprayCool’s transit case cooling kits enable a sealed environment in which commercial grade 19” rack mount products can operate safely in the harshest environments. The innovative two phase liquid cooling system keeps the critical components operating below their spec limit even in 50˚C ambient conditions, and removes this heat from the air path inside the hardware so that downstream components get cooler air. The end result is power efficient, reliable operation of low cost commercial electronics anywhere the warfighter needs them, and in a smaller, lighter, less power-hungry platform than any other on the market.

SprayCool customers often have unique product needs. SprayCool has a long history of meeting the
most demanding requirements on military programs with over 500 man-years of engineering design and
product development. SprayCool enables customers to meet challenging specifications with quickly
configurable products.
Component Cooling Solutions
SprayCool Modular Solutions deliver localized cooling of hot spots with low development costs
by using standard components specifically designed and tested for harsh military environments.
Modular Solutions are well suited for Radar, Power Electronics and High Performance Computing.
INTEGRATION AND SERVICE PRODUCTS:
System Integration Cart (SI-Cart)
This system integration cart was initially developed as our own lab tool, to simplify board integration and testing, and enable easy transfer and manipulation of the en
closure between system cells and other lab stations. While touring our facility, customers recognized quickly that such a tool could prove useful in their own onsite integration environments and began to request quotes for it. Now a standard fixture in our product catalog, this telescoping frame cart adjusts to variable width, height and type enclosures, with custom mounting brackets and a steel construction that will support up to 200 lbs.
Fluid Handling Tool (FHT)
The Fluid Handling Tool (FHT) provides an economic, safe and reliable way to fill, rain, top
off and store SprayCool fluids. The tool also offers a viable option to add or clean fluid in
a SprayCool system at the organizational maintenance level. The unit is fully self-contained
and designed into a standard carrying case to withstand the rigors of travel under military
conditions.
