Enclosures

The Multi Platform Enclosure (MPE) is a scalable SprayCool product designed to scale from 4-21 slots of 6U VME or cPCI cards. With configurable power supplies, I/O panels and backplanes of choice, the MPE is the most flexible enclosure available for any commercial or rugged electronics.

Sealed Transit Case

The Sealed Transit Case (STC) is a rugged transit case able to completely isolate sensitive electronics from harsh environments. Integrating commercial grade 1U and 2U rack mount electronics with protection from dust, EMI, heat, cold, and water has never been so cost effective.

Data Rack Solutions

SprayCool modular rack solutions are based on a flexible family of system components, SprayModules™, fluid I/O’s, thermal management units and SprayCool cabinets. Systems are characterized by localizing (spot-cooling) of processors and other electronics, and can be configured and scaled up to 42U rack heights for datacenter, shipboard and other applications.

The M-Series solution, specific to datacenter environments, is adaptable for 1U, 2U and 3U servers.

The M-Series offers data center customers the ability to densify electronics by fully loading racks with today and tomorrow’s servers. Removing heat directly from processors and bypassing air handling equipment saves energy, space and money.

Custom Products

SprayCool customers often have unique product needs. SprayCool has a long history of meeting the most demanding requirements on military programs with over 500 man-years of engineering design and product development. SprayCool enables customers to meet challenging specifications with quickly configurable products.

Component Cooling Solutions

SprayCool™ Modular Solutions deliver localized cooling of hot spots with low development costs by using standard components specifically designed and tested for harsh military environments. Modular Solutions are well suited for Radar, Power Electronics and High Performance Computing.

Fluid Handling Tool (FHT)

The Fluid Handling Tool (FHT) provides an economic, safe and reliable way to fill, rain, top off and store SprayCool fluids. The tool also offers a viable option to add or clean fluid in a SprayCool system at the organizational maintenance level. The unit is fully self-contained and designed into a standard carrying case to withstand the rigors of travel under military conditions.
