SprayCool Engineers to Speak at Upcoming Lean Product Development Implementation Summit
Liberty Lake, Wash. (June 13, 2006) – SprayCool Inc., the maker of SprayCool™ technology and products, today announced that Jason Dundas, mechanical engineering manager and Scott Pennestri, engineering services manager will be featured speakers at the 2006 Lean Product Development Implementation Summit.
Hosted by The Management Roundtable, the leading knowledge and networking resource for product developers, the upcoming Summit is a two-day knowledge sharing forum for practitioners actively engaged in implementing lean concepts in product development. Dundas and Pennestri will share a case study presentation, Applying Lean Concepts to Product Development Engineering, at 4:45 p.m. on June 13.
“This is a great opportunity for us to share with our peers how SprayCool applied a variety of lean concepts to our engineering change process, drawing review process and release cycle,” said Dundas. “The Management Roundtable provides us with a forum to show how we’ve achieved a significant reduction in cycle time by upgrading the quality of our engineering sketches and change submittals.”
Advanced practitioners from Honeywell, Microsoft, Boston Scientific, BAE Systems, Cessna and HP are also slated to present. The Summit will be held June 13-15, at the Swissotel Chicago located in downtown Chicago.
