SprayCool provides a choice of options for comprehensive medical, pharmacy and vision insurance.

Health and Dependant Care Spending Account

The Flexible Spending Plan allows employees to set aside pre-tax earnings to pay for un-reimbursed expenses related to: (a) health care expenses, and (b) dependant day care expenses.

At individual open-enrollment or Annual Renewal every January 1st.

Basic Life Insurance

Life insurance coverage of $50,000 is granted to all employees, the plan also includes accidental death and dismemberment.
