SprayCool offers a tremendous value for airborne customers challenged to provide
existing airframes with ever increasing compute capability. Often high performance
is required without relaxing the environmental specifications, size, weight and
power (SWAP) constraints. Typically, customers settle for less performance due to
the inability to cool high power electronics and the SWAP impact of additional environmental
control systems to get heat out of the vehicle.
SprayCool enclosure products enable customers to run highly dense electronics without
sacrificing environmental requirements or growing SWAP. Airborne customers have
successfully completed flight testing on EA-6B, UH-60, U-2 and Global Hawk validating
SprayCool performance and reliability. Applications being hosted in SprayCool enclosures
include radar and image processing systems, which are among the densest computing
solutions on the aircraft. Further, the ability to host commercial grade electronics
in the SprayCool enclosure enables integrators to locate these dense payloads in
unconditioned PODs, saving valuable space for environmentally sensitive equipment.
